Exclusive Distributor Agreement Signed with Freak Athlete
Uchino LLC (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the US home gym equipment brand "Freak Athlete" for the Japanese market.
Based on this agreement, the Company will act as the authorized distributor for Freak Athlete, taking full responsibility for the import, sale, and after-sales support of its products in Japan.
About Freak Athlete
Freak Athlete is a home gym equipment brand founded in the United States in 2022. The founder, Benji, was a former semi-professional soccer player who, having suffered from knee and hip injuries during his playing career, began developing products based on the philosophy of "preventing injuries and enhancing performance by strengthening the root cause of pain." Yogi, who leads product design, possesses medical expertise, and the brand's core is rooted in a design philosophy based on real-world experience.
Freak Athlete's flagship product is the "HyperPro," a compound training machine that intensively targets the posterior lower body (hamstrings, glutes, and lower back). Designed to perform nine types of movements, including Nordic curls, hyperextensions, and GHDs, all with a single machine, it embodies the brand's philosophy born from Benji's own rehabilitation experience and has built Freak Athlete's reputation since its inception.
This design philosophy of "one machine replacing multiple functions" has been carried over to the current flagship lineup, including the "ABX Weight Bench" and the "FA Adjustable Kettlebell."
The ABX Weight Bench is an adjustable bench that offers three configurations (flat, incline, and half bench) and features an ecosystem of attachments such as a leg developer, dip station, and ab attachment.
