Uchino LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the understanding of the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

5.Provision to Advertising Distribution Operators

For the purpose of delivering advertisements, measuring their effectiveness, and optimizing ad performance, we may provide user information to third-party advertising service providers. Such information may include email addresses, phone numbers, cookies, advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA / AAID), and other data. This information is processed in a hashed or otherwise non-identifiable format before being shared.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
  • Other advertising networks and analytics partners used by our company

When using Meta’s advertising services, certain user activity on our website may be transmitted to Meta through tools such as Facebook Pixel or the Conversion API. Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When a user requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company shall disclose such information to the user without delay. However, all or part of the information may not be disclosed if disclosure falls under any of the following cases.

A handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per request for disclosure.

1.When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party

2.When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper execution of the Company’s business

3.When disclosure would violate laws or regulations

Information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, shall not be disclosed in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information held by the Company if such information is inaccurate, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, it shall promptly correct or delete the relevant personal information and notify the user of the result.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

If a user requests suspension or deletion of the use of personal information on the grounds that such information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by improper means, the Company shall promptly conduct the necessary investigation.

If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such request based on the results of the investigation, it shall promptly suspend or delete the use of the relevant personal information and notify the user accordingly.

If suspension or deletion would require excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company shall implement such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Amendment of the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by laws or regulations or this Policy.

The amended Privacy Policy shall take effect upon being posted on this website.
