About shipping and delivery

In-stock items can be shipped within 1-2 business days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment. Please contact us separately for products that are out of stock.

In principle, home delivery will be delivered via Seino Super Express.
*You can specify the date (Monday to Saturday), but you cannot specify the time.
*If you would like to specify a specific time, please contact us separately as the delivery will be by Sagawa Express.

For shipping charges

Free shipping is available for items ordered online. Large machines and equipment that exceed the loading capacity for regular home delivery will be delivered by chartered flight, and a quote will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

About order cancellation

Cancellations due to customer convenience will be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please note that if you cancel after that time, you will be required to pay the full shipping fee and product price.

About returns and exchanges

In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged, we will replace it, so please contact us from this page .

We will bear the shipping costs in the case of defective products. For returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for both shipping and handling charges.

About receipts

For credit card payments, please use the statement issued by your credit card company as it serves as your receipt.
