Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied if the item is not returned in its original packaging or is returned in an incomplete condition (e.g., missing hardware or accessories).
Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for products that have been used or damaged.
Final Sale Items: All clearance and refurbished items are sold "as-is" and are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or warranties.
Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us via chat within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

【Cancellation Terms and Fees】

Within 24 Hours of Ordering: Cancellations are generally accepted within the first 24 hours. However, since transaction fees are incurred at the time of payment, a processing fee equivalent to the transaction cost (3.4%, or 4.0% for PayPal and QR payments) will be deducted from your refund.
After 24 Hours or Once Processing/Shipping Has Begun: We cannot accept cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed or once the shipping process for large equipment has started. In the event that the order must be cancelled for unavoidable reasons, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount.

【Regarding Transaction Fees】 When a payment is completed, the merchant (UCHINOGYM) incurs a non-refundable fee from the payment processor. For cancellations made at the customer's request, this fee is deducted to cover these actual administrative costs. We appreciate your understanding.
