Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

All returns are subject to shipping charges which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Items not returned in their original packaging or returned in an incomplete condition (an example of an "incomplete" return would be returned without the included hardware) will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any restocking fees or non-refundable shipping charges to be deducted from the final refund amount will be discussed with you prior to authorizing your return.

We may refuse refunds on any items that are used or damaged.

All clearance and refurbished items are final sale AS IS, these items are non-refundable and not covered by warranty.

In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged, please contact us via the chat below and we will exchange it for a new one. We will cover the shipping costs for defective products.

Cancellation of your order

Cancellations due to customer reasons will be accepted up to 12 hours after placing your order.
Please note that if you cancel after this time, you will be required to pay the full shipping and product price.
