1. About Panatta Products

Warranty details

We guarantee that new Panatta products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period, calculated from the date of delivery of the product. If a defect is found during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected product as follows:

Cost burden

  • Warranty period:
    ・Replacement part costs: Covered by our company・International and domestic shipping costs for parts: Covered by our company・Labor costs for installation, replacement, etc.: Covered by the customer
  • Out of warranty period:
    ・Replacement parts costs, shipping costs, domestic delivery costs, and labor costs are all borne by the customer .

* If on-site work is required, additional travel expenses may be incurred.
*We will provide you with an estimate in advance depending on the repair method and scope of work.

Not covered by warranty

The warranty will not apply if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Damage caused by improper use, excessive load, or improper maintenance
  • Failure or corrosion caused by an inappropriate installation environment (outdoor installation, extreme changes in temperature or humidity, etc.)
  • Damage caused by external factors such as dropping, impact, natural disasters, fire, power outages, power surges, etc.
  • Wear and tear due to normal use (wear and tear on pads, cables, grips, paint peeling, etc.)
  • Defects caused by modifications, disassembly, or repairs using non-genuine parts
  • Products that have been resold or transferred to a third party without our approval

Replacement parts warranty period

The warranty period for parts replaced under warranty will be six months from the date of delivery of the replaced part or the remaining warranty period of the original product, whichever is longer .

2. About REP Fitness Products

REP Fitness product warranties are governed by the manufacturer's warranty policy set forth by REP Fitness headquarters . Warranty periods and coverage vary by product category.

  • Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Warranty period: Varies by product and category (please see this page )
  • Warranty application conditions: The product must be officially sold by our company in Japan.

As a general rule, the following items are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use, excessive load, or improper maintenance
  • Defects caused by modifications, disassembly, or repairs using non-genuine parts
  • Normal wear and tear on pads, grips, paint, etc., and cosmetic deterioration

3. About ATX products

The warranty for ATX products is governed by the manufacturer's warranty regulations set forth by ATX Fitness (IFS GmbH) .

  • Covered by the warranty: Defects caused by defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty period: 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Warranty application conditions: The product must be officially sold by our company in Japan.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or improper installation or storage
  • Deterioration of appearance due to normal use, such as peeling paint, scratches, and worn rubber.
  • Defects caused by modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs

4. About NGA Products

NGA is our original brand and the following general warranty applies.

  • Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Warranty period: 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Warranty application conditions: For normal training use within Japan

The following events are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, excessive load, dropping, impact, etc.
  • Use contrary to the instruction manual, modification, improper assembly or installation
  • Deterioration due to aging and wear of consumable parts such as pads, grips, screws, etc.
  • Discoloration and deterioration due to being left outdoors, high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight, chemicals, etc.

5. About GYMMAT products

Because GYMMAT is a consumable item , we do not offer a long-term warranty like other equipment.

However, if the product is damaged, has a major defect, is insufficient in quantity, or is otherwise deemed to be an initial defect upon arrival, we will handle the matter in accordance with our return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching a photo that shows the condition.

The following events are not considered initial defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Wear and deterioration such as scratches, dents, peeling, and glossy surface that occurs after use
  • Damage caused by dragging heavy objects, sharp objects, or equipment legs
  • Changes in appearance such as discoloration and hardness over time
  • Discoloration or deterioration due to excessive sunlight, heat, chemicals, oil, moisture, etc.
  • Use outside of the intended purpose (outdoor use, construction site use, vehicle flooring, etc.)

6. Warranty response procedure (common)

If you would like to request warranty service, please contact us via the chat below. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Details of the problem (details of when and how it occurred)
  • Photos or videos showing the problem area

After confirming the details, we will guide you through repairs, replacements, parts provision, etc. in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations and our own company regulations. Please note that shipping costs, installation and removal costs, etc. may not be included in the warranty.

7. Disclaimer

Our liability for the product is limited to the scope set forth in this warranty. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company, the maximum amount of our liability for damages based on our breach of contract or tort shall be equal to the purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for the following damages:

  • Indirect and incidental damages such as lost profits, lost business opportunities, and losses due to facility downtime.
  • Special damages, punitive damages, and other economic losses
  • Damages based on claims or demands from your customers or other third parties

8. Changes to the Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to change the contents of this warranty without prior notice to or individual consent from our customers. The changed warranty will take effect from the time it is posted on our website or notified by other means that we deem appropriate, and by using our products after such notification, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed warranty.
