1. Atlantis Strength Products
The warranty for Atlantis Strength products follows the warranty terms set by Atlantis Strength's headquarters. Coverage periods vary by part.
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Eligibility: Products must be genuine items sold by us in Japan
Warranty periods vary by part as follows.

The following are generally not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive load, or improper maintenance
- Issues resulting from modification, disassembly, or repairs using non-genuine parts
- Wear and cosmetic deterioration from normal use, such as pads, grips, or paint
2. REP Fitness Products
The warranty for REP Fitness products follows the manufacturer's warranty terms set by REP Fitness headquarters. Coverage periods and parts vary by product category.
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Warranty period: Varies by product/category (please check this page for details)
- Eligibility: Products must be genuine items sold by us in Japan
The following are generally not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive load, or improper maintenance
- Issues resulting from modification, disassembly, or repairs using non-genuine parts
- Wear and cosmetic deterioration from normal use, such as pads, grips, or paint
3. ATX Products
The warranty for ATX products follows the manufacturer's warranty terms set by ATX Fitness (IFS GmbH).
- Coverage: Defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship
- Warranty period: 1 year from the delivery date
- Eligibility: Products must be genuine items sold by us in Japan
The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, assembly errors, or improper installation/storage
- Cosmetic wear from normal use, such as chipped paint, scratches, or rubber wear
- Issues resulting from modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs
4. Freak Athlete Products
The warranty for Freak Athlete products follows the manufacturer's warranty terms set by Freak Athlete (lifetime warranty). Coverage remains valid as long as the product's SKU continues to be sold and supported by the manufacturer.
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects (material or assembly faults affecting product performance), and structural durability issues arising under normal use
- Warranty period: For the duration the SKU remains in current production (lifetime warranty). If the SKU is discontinued, coverage continues for 2 years from the discontinuation date
- Eligibility: Products must be genuine items sold by us in Japan
The following are generally not covered by this warranty:
- Wear such as gradual deterioration or scratches from normal use
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or insufficient maintenance
- Issues with SKUs more than 2 years past their discontinuation date
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement with an equivalent product; refunds are not available. If a replacement item is out of stock, we will arrange a replacement with an equivalent product or ask you to wait until restocking.
5. NGA Products
NGA is our own original brand, and the following general warranty applies.
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Warranty period: 1 year from the delivery date
- Eligibility: Normal training use within Japan
The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive load, dropping, or impact
- Use contrary to the instruction manual, modification, or improper assembly/installation
- Deterioration over time, or wear of consumable parts such as pads, grips, and screws
- Discoloration or deterioration caused by outdoor exposure, high humidity, direct sunlight, or chemicals
6. GYMMAT Products
Because GYMMAT products are largely consumable in nature, they do not carry the same long-term warranty as our other equipment.
However, in cases of apparent initial defects such as damage, major defects, or shortages found at the time of delivery, we will respond according to our return/exchange policy. Please contact us within approximately 14 days of delivery, along with photos showing the condition of the item.
The following are not considered initial defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Scratches, dents, peeling, surface sheen, or other wear/deterioration occurring after use has begun
- Damage from dragging heavy objects, sharp objects, or equipment legs
- Fading or changes in hardness due to age
- Discoloration or deterioration from excessive sunlight, heat, chemicals, oil, or humidity
- Use outside the intended purpose (outdoor use, construction sites, vehicle flooring, etc.)
7. Warranty Claim Process (Common to All Brands)
If you would like to request warranty service, please contact us via the chat below. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue (circumstances, timing, etc.)
- Photos or video showing the affected area
After reviewing the details, we will advise on the appropriate response — repair, replacement, or parts provision — based on the manufacturer's terms and our own policy. Please note that shipping costs and installation/removal labor may not be included in the warranty coverage.
8. Disclaimer
Our liability regarding products is limited to the scope defined in this warranty. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages arising from breach of obligation or tort shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not liable for the following types of damages:
- Indirect or incidental damages such as lost profits, lost business opportunities, or losses from facility downtime
- Special damages, punitive damages, or other economic losses
- Damages arising from claims made by your customers or other third parties
We assume no responsibility whatsoever for damage, staining, or malfunction to other products, equipment, facilities, floors, walls, buildings, or other items you own, arising from the use of our products, regardless of cause. Furthermore, even where such damage arises from a defect or initial fault in our products, any resulting damage, repair costs, or replacement costs to items other than our products are not covered by this warranty.
9. Changes to This Warranty
We may change the content of this warranty without prior notice or individual consent. The revised warranty terms take effect from the time they are posted on our website or announced by any other method we deem appropriate. Continued use of our products after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
