Local Pick-Up Discounts

If you pick up an item ordered from the online store at our warehouse, 10% of the payment amount will be refunded. This is a great discount service that can be used in conjunction with other campaigns, so if you live in the Kanto area, please take advantage of it.

*Pre-assembled large machines are not eligible for discounts, but shipping will be free of charge.

 

How to use

1. Select "Store Pickup" on the checkout screen to complete payment.
2. Please reserve your pick-up date and time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
3. Please bring your ID with you to the warehouse on the designated date and time.
4. After confirming your identity, we will hand over the product to you.

The 10% cashback will be given at any time when the product is ready to be delivered. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, We will apply a 10% discount to the invoice amount and send you another invoice email, so please confirm the final amount and then make the payment.

*Some payment methods such as Amazon Pay do not allow you to select "Store Pickup", so please contact us separately if you wish to do so.
