The Panatta MONOLITH Series Lateral Deltoid is a weight stack machine that allows you to exercise the deltoid and upper trapezius muscles. The counterbalance spring system reduces the initial load, and the use of a cam achieves a natural load.

The seat height is gas-assisted adjustable and the handle is integrated into the rotating arm. Also, the independent arm allows you to exercise on either one side or both sides.
