This is a 25mm thick gym rubber mat offered by GYMMAT. It's a rubber chip mat specifically designed for fitness gyms, with high shock absorption, so you can use it with confidence even in high-intensity training environments.

The top layer features an anti-slip EPDM rubber sheet, providing excellent grip and allowing you to maintain your footing during exercises like bench presses and lunges.

The rubber chips in the bottom layer offer superior vibration dampening, ensuring the mat won't shift or get damaged even when dropping barbells or dumbbells. Despite this, it has sufficient hardness, so you won't feel any sinking during heavy squats.

Furthermore, our rubber chip mat products have passed tests for PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), SVHCs (substances of very high concern), and formaldehyde, allowing you to use them safely in your home or commercial gym.
