The Alternate Arm Curl allows you to specifically train bicep muscles. The independent levers allow to work in a mono and bilateral way allowing an intensity training of the muscles involved. The CAM guarantees resistance throughout the arc of movement. The physiological load curve ensures a natural adaptation of the load during the entire range of movement ensuring a complete and uniform development to the muscles involved.
