The Adjustable Cable Crossover is a multi-gym that offers the opportunity to train all major parts of the body in total freedom of movement. Multiple pull-up bars allow you to effectively train your back muscles thanks to the three main grips: prone, supine, and neutral. The height adjustable free motion 360° hub allows you to change the cable load angle to fully train the upper body and those of the lower part with anklets provided. The presence of the lateral support handles offers a stable support to obtain the maximum muscles training from the movements carried out.
