Description
The Alternate Preacher Curl Machine is designed to replicate the spider curl exercise, aimed at developing the biceps brachii and brachialis muscles. The working position with the shoulder flexed at 45° places the biceps brachii in partial initial shortening, thus limiting its ability to exert force in favor of the brachialis.
