The height of the seat can be adjusted using gas assist, and the starting height of the handle can be set in 5 levels, so you can start training in a stress-free position.
This super incline bench press features a multi-grip handle that allows you to perform the exercise with either a normal or neutral grip. In addition, each arm is independent, so it is possible to exercise with only one arm.
