This is a plate-loaded Assisted Glute Ham Developer machine from the Atlantis Strength Power Series. Designed for commercial facilities, this machine allows for safe and effective training of the hamstrings and glutes through an assist mechanism that provides greater upper body support as more plates are added.

Key Features

• Upper Body Support Mechanism: Supports the glute ham raise movement from the upper body (an assist structure where adding more plates decreases the difficulty of the exercise).
• Adjustable Carriage: Smooth position adjustments.
• Ankle Roller Pads: Adjustable to securely lock the ankles in place.
• Chest Roller Pad: Adjustable to multiple heights.
• Range of Motion Adjustment: Allows for custom range of motion settings.
• Rubber Footplate: Ensures stability during movement.
