Weighing 12lbs, the Neutral Grip Lat Bar is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need it. While the bar is best known for neutral grip lat pulldowns, it’s also incredibly versatile, depending on how you attach it to the cables and hold it. You can also use it for rows, arm exercises, and many other upper body movements. The Pro Series lat bar is 26mm in diameter and handles are 28mm. It does not come with a carabiner.
