Description
The ATX Fitness Parallel Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty bar designed for effective training of the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps.
Four grip widths—16 cm, 36 cm, 56 cm, and 76 cm—allow for a wide range of exercises and training variations. Each handle features a 28.5 mm diameter with medium knurling, providing a secure yet comfortable, non-slip grip.
The sleeves are compatible with 50 mm Olympic weight plates, the same size used on standard Olympic barbells, and include protective rubber stops to help prevent damage to both the plates and the bar.
*Compatible with power racks featuring an internal width of 115 cm to 124 cm.
