The handles feature a 32 mm diameter with medium knurling, providing a secure, non-slip grip for comfortable and confident lifting.
The sleeves are compatible with standard 50 mm Olympic weight plates and come equipped with protective rubber stops to prevent damage to both the plates and the bar.
