Freak Athlete's Adjustable Kettlebell is an all-in-one kettlebell that allows you to adjust the weight from 12kg to 32kg in 2kg increments. With a single unit, you can set weights of 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg, 24kg, 26kg, 28kg, 30kg, and 32kg, eliminating the need for multiple kettlebells and allowing for efficient use of your training space.

Weight adjustment is as simple as pulling out the pin and re-inserting it into the desired weight plate to lock it in place. You can easily change the weight in a few seconds. Each plate is designed to be securely fastened by a ball spring, a magnetic pin, and the downward pressure from the weight itself.

The body is made of cast iron with a black powder coating, and the entire structure, including the handle, is highly durable. The body is also designed to follow the curve of your forearm and wrist, reducing pressure during movements like cleans and snatches.
