The Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell is an all-in-one kettlebell that allows you to adjust the weight in 2kg increments from 12kg to 32kg. With a single unit, you can set weights to 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg, 24kg, 26kg, 28kg, 30kg, and 32kg, eliminating the need for multiple kettlebells and efficiently utilizing your training space.
Adjusting the weight is as simple as pulling out the pin and reinserting it into the plate of your desired weight to lock it in place. You can change the weight easily in a matter of seconds. Each plate is securely fixed by ball springs, a magnetic pin, and downward pressure from the weight itself.
The main body is made of cast iron with a black powder coating, and the handle is also highly durable. Furthermore, the shape of the main body is designed to follow the forearm and wrist, reducing pressure during movements such as cleans and snatches. It supports a wide range of kettlebell training, including swings, cleans, snatches, goblet squats, halos, and lunges.
The bottom features a durable rubber base that protects the floor and increases stability when placing the kettlebell down.
