This 10mm-thick EVA interlocking mat is provided by GYMMAT. It is ideal as cushioning for light exercises such as bodyweight strength training, stretching, and yoga, and can be used in any environment from residential apartments to commercial facilities.

While standard EVA mats on the market are typically set to a hardness of 30-35, this product features a high-density design with a slightly firmer hardness of 45. Therefore, it can also be used as flooring for home training equipment such as training benches, pull-up bars, and stationary bikes (placing heavy objects will leave indentations on the mat).

However, since high-weight equipment like commercial power racks and weight stack machines will cause the mat to sink, for professional gym flooring, we recommendgym rubber matsinstead.

Furthermore, many EVA mats currently on the market have a strong odor, which can fill small spaces like studio apartments with an unpleasant ammonia smell. Our EVA mats undergo a unique chemical process to remove the source of this odor, resulting in a mat that is nearly odorless (there is a slight smell if you put your nose close to the mat, but it will not fill the entire room).

The size is a 50cm square interlocking (puzzle-style) design, and each piece is lightweight at approximately 250g, making installation and reconfiguration very easy. They can also be easily cut with a utility knife, allowing you to fit them to the shape of your room.

Made of EVA material, the mats are also highly water-resistant, so if you spill a drink, it can be wiped off easily.

※This product is sold in sets of 6 pieces.
※The size when joined together can be calculated as: 49cm x number of pieces - 2cm x (number of pieces - 1) + 1cm x (number of side parts).
Example for connecting 3 pieces: 49cm x 3 - 2cm x (3-1) + 1cm x 2 = 145cm
