While standard EVA mats on the market typically have a hardness level of 30–35, this mat is made with a high-density design and a slightly firmer hardness of 45. This makes it durable enough to support home training equipment such as benches, pull-up bars, and exercise bikes (though heavier objects may leave temporary dents).

However, for heavier equipment like commercial power racks or weight stack machines, we recommend using professional-grade rubber gym mats, as EVA may compress under substantial weight.
