NGA’s Deadlift Sling Rack significantly reduces noise and vibration during deadlifts, making it especially useful for gyms in apartments and multi-tenant buildings.

The straps hold the plates slightly above the floor, making plate changes easier. With 450 mm diameter plates, the clearance is approximately 4 cm, depending on the weight loaded.

The racks can be positioned at any width, so they are also useful for changing plates on shorter bars such as EZ curl bars.

The recommended maximum training load is 350 kg, and the tested load capacity is 450 kg. The racks are suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
