This is a 15mm thick rubber gym mat provided by GYMMAT. It is a rubber chip mat specifically designed for fitness gyms with high shock absorption, allowing you to use it safely even in high-intensity training environments.

The top layer's EPDM rubber sheet features an anti-slip finish, offering excellent grip and firm footing for exercises like bench presses and lunges.

The rubber chips in the bottom layer provide excellent vibration dampening, preventing the mat from shifting or being damaged when barbells or dumbbells are dropped. Yet, it also has sufficient hardness, so you won't feel any sinking even with heavy squats.

Furthermore, our rubber chip mat products have passed tests for PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern), formaldehyde, and other substances, ensuring safe use in both home and commercial gyms. We are particular about the quality of the recycled rubber used as raw material, so the rubber odor is suppressed compared to other rubber mats on the market.

The mat can be cut to size, allowing you to fit it perfectly to your room. Since the 15mm thick mat has a flat underside and cannot be secured with buckles between tiles, to prevent mat shifting, it must either be installed wall-to-wall or adhered with double-sided tape or adhesive. (This is not necessary for home gyms if you are not concerned about mat shifting).

The 100cm square size allows for efficient installation even in large spaces, making it a popular choice for medium to large commercial gyms.
