The ATX Fitness Cambered Swiss Bar is a specialty bar designed for effective training of the chest, back, triceps, and shoulders. The cambered center section increases the range of motion, allowing for a deeper stretch and delivering enhanced training results in exercises such as parallel-grip bench presses and bent-over rows.

Four grip widths—16 cm, 35 cm, 55 cm, and 76 cm—offer excellent versatility across a wide variety of movements. Each handle features a 28.5 mm diameter with medium knurling, providing a secure, non-slip, and comfortable grip.

The sleeves are compatible with 50 mm Olympic weight plates, the same size used on standard Olympic barbells, and are equipped with protective rubber stops to help prevent damage to both the plates and the bar.
