The ATX Fitness Bodyweight Multi Tower is a compact yet versatile training machine that lets you perform a wide variety of bodyweight exercises in a limited space. Despite its space-saving design, it supports key upper body movements such as pull-ups, dips, leg raises, crunches, and push-ups.
The dip bars and roller pads are height-adjustable, allowing you to customize the setup to match your body size. Both the pull-up and dip bars feature multiple grip options to accommodate different training variations and preferences.
The removable back pad doubles as an Ab Mat, offering added functionality for core training on the floor.
Built with a highly durable and stable frame, the tower supports up to 180 kg of user weight and is suitable for weighted exercises using a dip belt. It also comes with removable band pegs, giving you the option to increase or decrease resistance with bands.
