This product is a plate-loaded lat pulldown & low row attachment designed exclusively for the ATX Fitness Smith Machine Half Rack 700 Series. It features stretch-free steel cables and ball-bearing aluminum double pulleys, ensuring exceptionally smooth and fluid movement for a premium training experience.
A standout feature is the innovative cable length adjustment system, also used in the ATX Trinity Tower. This allows users of all heights—from 155 cm to 200 cm—to easily set the optimal starting position, grip height, and cable extension for any exercise.
With a 1:1 weight ratio (no mechanical advantage), the unit delivers true resistance and is built to withstand loads of up to 200 kg for both upper and lower cable exercises. It also includes roller band pegs, allowing dynamic resistance adjustments using resistance bands for added intensity.
The foldable leg roller, adjustable in height with a spring-lock pin, provides secure support during pulldown movements without limiting space inside the rack. Additionally, the large, non-slip footplate ensures maximum stability and safety during rowing exercises.
The 50 mm angled weight plate holders prevent plates from slipping off during training, allowing for safe use even without collars—improving both handling and efficiency.
The machine’s rubberized feet protect your flooring and prevent slipping, ensuring a stable setup in any environment.
