Description
This product is a lateral raise and fly attachment designed to be mounted on ATX Fitness power racks and rigs. Simply attach the arm to the outside of the rack to perform a variety of exercises, including lateral raises, front raises, bent-over lateral raises, and flys.
The lever arm features built-in ball bearings for smooth movement and offers a wide range of motion. The handle moves freely in the vertical plane, supporting efficient, biomechanically optimized training. The weight plate holder can be set in four different positions, allowing you to adjust the load curve to suit your workout.
The handles feature a diamond-textured grip for a secure, comfortable hold, and a central headrest provides added support during leaning exercises.
