Description
The ATX Fitness Lever Arm Multi Press is a plate-loaded machine designed to train the chest and shoulders safely, comfortably, and effectively. It supports a wide range of movements, including flat, incline, and decline bench presses, shoulder presses, as well as trapezius exercises such as bent-over rows and shrugs.
The independently adjustable lever arms allow for both unilateral and bilateral training. Each arm can be height-adjusted through 12 positions in 5 cm increments to ensure optimal positioning for every exercise. Two grip options provide added training variety, while the knurled handles offer a secure, confident grip.
The integrated bench features a 15-position adjustable backrest and a 4-position adjustable seat, accommodating nearly all essential training angles. The RAS (Roller Adjustment System) automatically synchronizes the bench position with the lever arm angle, ensuring proper body alignment throughout each movement.
Two rear-mounted weight horns provide convenient storage for Olympic weight plates. Assembly is required.
