Description
These 3D Jammer Arms offer both vertical and horizontal movement, allowing for free, dynamic training. The arms can also be locked in place, with 12 levels of vertical adjustment and 6 levels of horizontal adjustment to fine-tune your range of motion.
The trolley features two ergonomic handles and smooth ball-bearing rollers for safe and easy height adjustment. A magnetic locking pin ensures secure positioning.
The plate holder is adjustable in five positions front to back, allowing you to offset the weight from the arm for better load distribution and improved strength curves.
The multi-grip handle features a non-slip diamond knurling for a secure grip and can be replaced with a rotating power handle (currently in development).
