Description
The ATX® Rackable Hip Thrust Attachment is a hip thrust pad designed to fit securely over the J-cups of your power rack. Compatible with any rack or rig with a width between 99.5 and 125.5 cm, it offers a safer and more ergonomic alternative to using a flat bench.
Thanks to its rotating function, it allows for more comfortable and effective hip thrust training. Since it mounts directly to the J-cups, the height can be easily adjusted to suit individual users and training preferences.
Built to handle loads of up to 200 kg, this attachment is highly durable and suitable for both home gyms and commercial training environments like personal training studios.
*Note: J-cups must have a minimum internal depth of 42 mm to use this attachment.
