The ATX® Floor Glute Ham Developer is a compact, space-efficient machine designed to effectively target the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.

Unlike traditional GHDs, its low-profile design places the pads close to the floor, making it easy and safe to get on and off—especially for beginners. The low height also allows users to support themselves with their arms during exercise if needed, enhancing both safety and comfort.

Resistance bands (sold separately) can be attached to the rear frame to modify the load, allowing for customizable training based on individual fitness levels or program goals.

The machine features large, comfortable padding and height-adjustable rollers, providing secure support for users of various sizes. Built-in transport wheels make it easy to move around the gym, and the unit can be stored vertically to save space when not in use.

Rubber feet protect floors and prevent slipping during use.
