Compared to traditional squat training, it provides an effective way to strengthen the lower body while significantly reducing stress on the back and knees.

The included training belt positions the load directly on the hips, relieving pressure on the spine and upper body. A swinging lever arm and built-in support handles help maintain optimal posture throughout each movement.

Featuring a wide, non-slip footplate (100 cm x 50 cm), the machine supports stable training across various foot positions. Safety and ease of use are ensured with a two-stage safety locking mechanism and a durable lever arm equipped with double ball bearings.

Additionally, roller-equipped band pegs are integrated into the base, allowing for the attachment of resistance bands to further diversify your training.
